Representing landowners, James has often found dedicated funding for the purchase of Conservation Easements. These kinds of conservation opportunities help the landowner financially and encourage the conservation of unique lands for posterity. Recently, James has been working with the City of San Antonio, Texas to purchase conservation easements in the Texas Hill Country to aid in the preservation of the city’s water supply. James is as well versed in these kinds of transactions as anybody in the state and has even sold a conservation easement on his own property to the NRCS.
