Description

Fletcher Ranch founded during the turn of the century is one of the most famous working cattle ranches in Far West Texas. The grand three-story adobe house was home to Mrs Margret Fletcher Weyrauch where she entertained folks from across Texas.

This working ranch has several wells that deliver abundant water to several storage facilities then to troughs throughout the ranch.  Many outbuildings and barns along with the famous home create a compound of improvements.  The Oak Hills are found on Fletcher where you have elevated topography studded with Grey Oaks with views of the Davis Mountains and the various ranges to the East including Cathedral, Goat, Elephant, and many others.

Chihuahuan Desert grasslands here are some of the best in the region with lush blue gramma, side oats gramma, green sprangle-top, black gramma, and cane blue stem.

Pronghorn abound as do desert mule deer, blue quail and occasional Elk.
